TEAM OC COACHING STAFF
Merri Adamicki - DIRECTOR OF TEAM OC
Played 4 years of Division I lacrosse at Towson University. 2x All-America East 1st team selection. She stayed on and was a graduate assistant coach at Towson for the 2002 season and was also a member of the 2001-2002 US Developmental Team. In 2002, she moved to California where she became involved in coaching at the youth, middle, and high school levels. She started the program at Los Alamitos High school in 2007 and made it to the OC championship game in the 2007 and 2008 seasons. Her high school team went undefeated in the 2009 season (19-0) and they went on to win the CIF OC Championship and the CIF Southern Section Championship.

TOM MESSMER
FUN FACT: In my day job I manage the largest physical movie production studio in the country, home to Lemony Snicket, Indiana Jones 4, The Island, Ironman and Ironman 2 and many more of your favorite movies, music videos, television shows and commercials.
WHY BOUNCE? I feel a strong sense of responsibility toward the development of strong and empowered young women. Coaching with Bounce provides an opportunity to enable this growth. On a personal level, coaching with Bounce has been great for my personal growth, as I learn from the other coaches, and from the young women we coach. It is very much a two-way street.

FUN FACT: When I laugh I kind of sounds like a cross between a monkey and a hyena.
WHY BOUNCE? BOUNCE is so amazing because it takes lacrosse into non-traditional areas and teaches girls not only how to play the game but how to be proud of who you are as a person. Lacrosse has always taught me a lot about myself and I can not wait to help teach that to the future generation of lacrosse players.

FUN FACT: I'm a citizen of both Great Britain and the United States!
WHY BOUNCE? I'm excited to work with BOUNCE because of the players! I'm stoked to see them not only get better at lax but to make new friends throughout the entire summer! And, we are going to have a blast while doing it!

WHY BOUNCE? BOUNCE is the program that introduced me to the idea of playing in college and gave me the confidence to believe in myself to make it an actuality. It is through this program I made some of my best friends and ended up at my dream school. I would not be at Notre Dame (and loving it!!!) without all this program has done for me so I am excited to be able to give back and help other people have the experience I did.
