TEAM OC members will have the opportunity to play in 4 TEAM PRACTICE DAYS, 2 CLUB PLAY DAYS, 4 COLLEGE COACH DAYS, + 2 LOCAL TOURNAMENTS! We specifically choose these events to maximize play. Our priority is for the girls to have loads of fun, grow their game, and to play a lot of lacrosse! Wahooooooooooo!

ELITE TEAM members will additionally have 4 ELITE TEAM PRACTICES + 2 REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS.

// TEAM PRACTICE
Used in preparation for local tournaments and club play days, our team practices are designed to translate individual skills into team concepts + strategies for full-field play!

// CLUB PLAY DAY
TEAM OC will host round-robin tournaments for local and regional club teams at our home facilities. These PLAY DAYS will be a place for teams throughout our region to go head-to-head on the lacrosse field in both a FUN atmosphere!

// COLLEGE COACH DAY
Here, players will endure a 4-5 hour clinic run by a different college coach each time! This is an awesome chance for our members to meet, learn from, and interact with a college coach as they learn a TON about the game!

// LOCAL TOURNAMENT
We will be competing in local tournaments throughout the year. These tournaments will provide members with a place to take the individual team skills they have learned and apply them in a more competitive team setting.

// ELITE PRACTICES
Our ELITE TEAM PRACTICES are INTENSE! They are used to gear our players up to face top competition in our region. We will be working on higher-level skill development and team strategies + concepts.

// REGIONAL TOURNAMENT
For our ELITE TEAM only, we will be competiting in regional tournaments throughout the year. Here, our players will be challenged as they face top competition in the West!
