SIMPLE ANSWER: TEAM OC is a lacrosse club for girls in Orange County.

By "CLUB", we mean "COMMUNITY." TEAM OC is now a community club dedicated to the growth of lacrosse in SoCal. We intend to work relentlessly to increase opportunities for MS + HS girls that want to play more lax!

Our NEW annual membership is designed to give a home to players of all levels and interests.

You want to learn the game? TEAM OC is for you!

You want an inexpensive option to play lax? TEAM OC IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!

How will we do this?
We have established different levels of involvement from the adult ranks in order to keep our members learning, laughing and laxin'!

These dedicated coaches, parents, and members of the community will be passionate in continuing the awesome growth our region has seen in the past 4 years!

// ELITE COACHES: These people are the REAL DEAL, have loads of coaching experience and are equipped to coach the TEAM OC ELITE TEAM.

// OC COACHES: Anyone that is a TEAM OC coach is required to go through 6 hours of BOUNCE training. Coaches will be assigned to teams during tournaments, run TEAM PRACTICES and STICKWORK SUNDAYS.

// PLAYER/COACHES: Former TEAM OC members in their freshmen or sophomore year are eligible for this role. They are still required to go through 6 hours of BOUNCE training, but will assist in running TEAM PRACTICES and STICKWORK SUNDAYS.

// GUIDES: This is where the community gets involved. This position is for parents + enthusiasts that know little about the sport but want to be involved and keep our members going strong! 2 hours of BOUNCE training is required. GUIDES will be on hand at any event to assist with equipment, warm-ups, substitution, TEAM PRACTICES and STICKWORK SUNDAYS! GUIDES are the SOUL of the club!

// C-LINKS: These individuals will be the heart of TEAM OC, helping to organize team functions like post-practice and tourney tailgates. Basically, making sure everyone on the field and off, kids and parents feel welcome and are having a great time.

Lacrosse is growing so fast in SoCal. We can make a place that is fit for all by communicating. It's going to take work to build this community and we are in - all the way!
